• You must provide accurate, complete, and updated information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if fraudulent, inaccurate, or misleading information is provided.
3. Booking & Payment Terms
a. Booking Process
• When you make a reservation through SparestBookings, you enter into a direct contractual relationship with the Hotel Partner.
• We act as an intermediary between you and the hotel.
• Prices displayed are based on real-time availability and are subject to change until the booking is confirmed.
b. Payment & Fees
• Payments may be processed at the time of booking or upon check-in, depending on hotel policies.
• We accept payments via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other available methods.
• All fees, taxes, and charges will be clearly disclosed at checkout.
c. Currency & Exchange Rates
• Prices may be displayed in different currencies for user convenience. However, all transactions will be processed in the hotel’s local currency or a designated currency selected at check-in.
• Exchange rates may fluctuate, and we are not responsible for differences in conversion rates charged by your bank or payment provider.
4. Cancellation, Refunds & Modifications
a. Cancellation Policy
• Each hotel has its own cancellation and refund policy, which is clearly stated at the time of booking.
• Some bookings may be non-refundable or require a cancellation fee.
b. Refunds
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed based on the hotel’s policy.
• Refund processing times vary depending on your payment provider.
c. Booking Modifications
• If you need to modify your booking (e.g., change dates or upgrade your stay), you must contact sparestbooking directly or request changes via SparestBookings.
• Additional charges may apply for modifications.
5. SparestBookings Card Terms
• SparestBookings offers a Hotel Reservation Card that can be used for bookings.
• Cards may have expiry dates, usage limits.
• Lost or stolen cards are the user’s responsibility, and therefore should request for a new card if stolen/lost, but if expired its renewable by Sparestbooking with certain fee.
• The card is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
6. User Conduct & Restrictions
By using SparestBookings, you agree NOT to:
• Use our platform for fraudulent or illegal activities.
• Provide false booking information or impersonate another user.
• Violate hotel policies, damage property, or engage in disruptive behavior.
• Use automated systems (bots, scripts) to extract data from our website.
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of SparestBookings or its partners.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts, cancel bookings, and take legal action if users violate these rules.
7. Hotel Partner Responsibilities
• Hotels listed on SparestBookings are independent businesses and are responsible for the quality of their services.
• We are not liable for issues related to hotel service, amenities, or guest experience.
• Users must comply with the hotel’s house rules, check-in/check-out policies, and additional charges (e.g., security deposits, incidental fees).
8. Liability & Disclaimers
a. Limitation of Liability
• SparestBookings does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully accurate services.
• We are not responsible for travel disruptions, cancellations, overbookings, or hotel disputes.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the booking in question.
b. Force Majeure
We are not liable for service failures due to:
• Natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions.
• Technical failures, cyberattacks, or force majeure events beyond our control.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
• Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• We comply with GDPR (EU users) and CCPA (California users) to protect user data.
