This Refund Policy governs the procedures and conditions under which refunds are processed for reservations made through our platform. By booking through SparestBookings, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
1. General Refund Eligibility
Refund eligibility is subject to the cancellation policies of the respective hotels. Customers are advised to carefully review each hotel’s specific cancellation terms prior to booking. SparestBookings functions as an intermediary and strictly adheres to the refund policies stipulated by our hotel partners.
2. Cancellation and Refund Terms
• Partially Refundable Bookings: Some hotels allow cancellations with partial refunds, which may be subject to deductions for administrative and processing fees (5%)
• Non-Refundable Bookings: Certain bookings, including promotional offers and last-minute deals, are labeled as "Non-Refundable." Cancellations for such bookings will not be eligible for a refund.
• No-Show Policy: If a guest fails to check in without canceling in advance, no refund will be issued.
3. Refund Processing Time and VAT Charges
• Approved refunds are processed within 30 business days from the date of cancellation if the cancellation is from Sparestbooking the refund will take 2 – 3 business days (full payment will be refunded without VAT charges)
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
• Processing times may vary based on banking institutions and payment providers.
• In case where VAT (Value Added Tax) applies, the refundable amount will be adjusted accordingly. If the original transaction included VAT charges, the refunded amount will be calculated after deducting applicable VAT costs and administrative fees. VAT deductions will be clearly outlined in the refund confirmation email.
4. Force Majeure and Exceptional Circumstances
In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government-imposed travel restrictions, pandemics, or other force majeure events, SparestBookings will work in coordination with hotel partners to provide refund options, rescheduling alternative

To initiate a refund request, customers must follow these steps:
1. Log in to their SparestBookings account.
2. Navigate to "My Bookings" and select the reservation in question.
3. Click on "Cancel Booking" and follow the instructions.
4. If eligible, the refund request will be automatically processed.

6. Disputes and Chargebacks (VAT)
Customers are encouraged to resolve any refund-related concerns directly with SparestBookings before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension or additional administrative fees.
7. Changes to the Refund Policy
SparestBookings reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated through our official website and email notifications. Customers are advised to review the policy periodically.
